For multiple years, I struggled with menopause, not understanding what was happening to my mind and body. It was anxiety, I had never experienced it before. At the time I did not know what it was, and I did not know it was a symptom of menopause. It was a challenging journey, but it gave me a mission: to help other women thrive through menopause with stronger bodies, improved self confidence, and zeal to embrace the best years of their lives.
I am a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist, and I am eager to come along side you to demystify menopause and to help you thrive in it. I genuinely love people. I believe that when you empower a woman, you uplift entire generations.
In my M.I.N.D. Your Menopause program you will get 12 weeks of weekly coaching, one on one meetings, a learning portal, and a unique Movement Intentional sleep Nutritional and self Discovery plans curated with you and your goals for thriving through menopause.
